The Parkside Rugby team has undergone a couple logo additions over the years. Below are our logos, both past and present, as well as a little history behind them.
In 1997, team founder Dr. John Murphy asked Jackie Brody to design a shield that the Parkside Rugby team could use for its jersies and t-shirts. The following was created and is still used today on all of the team's jersies.
In 2002, Mike Cavanaugh was asked by the team to created an alternate logo of the Parkside team mascot, the grizzly bear. The following is what he designed and is used on much of the merchandise that the team sells.
In 2008, Coach Todd Streeter thought it was time to create a different team shield and that project is still in the development stages. The following is what has been designed so far.
Team Vice President Joey Giorno also had his sister, Stacy, modify the newer crest and below is what she created.
